Werehouse Poster Development
Hey all! Just thought some people might be interested in seeing how the sausage gets made, with regards to certain types of commissions. Since I can talk about it now, the work I did for Werehouse makes a good brief case study!
The first thing after getting the pitch is to break down the feeling of the film, what kind of visual hooks are interesting, what kind of atmosphere the film will have, what types of themes or motifs come into play and so on. Werehouse has a lot to play around with since from the outset, this is a very claustrophobic horror film with an emphasis on physical, mortal peril with two very cool hooks baked right into the title of the film: werewolves and warehouses.

I can share the poster I helped work on for my friend’s short film ’For Her’! This one took a little workshopping, and sometime in the future I’ll ho through some of the design pipeline for anyone interested!
The film is currently going through a second round of funding to help finish off the film, so if you’d like to chip in, it would be incredibly appreciated!
